This service is a supported service, which constitutes that a Netxactics engineer will support your technical team in deploying the product across your organisation. This will be a combined effort between a Netxactics engineer and your technical team.

Through scheduled health checks and reporting, the Maintenance Service removes the burden of routine maintenance and enables you to focus on more pressing projects.

We manage everything

The Managed Services package was designed to ensure the clients' environment is managed properly and running optimally, with minimal downtime. This means that we (Netxactics) manage the entire solution with no customer intervention.

The client will be provided with a monthly report that will include any changes that Netxactics carried out during the course of the month. Any updates, rollouts or service requests will be handled by Netxactics.
